Course objectives:
- Introduction to using Total station theoretically and practically.
- Using Civil 3D program in surveying.
Course manner:
- Course duration is 16 hours spread across 8 days.
- Required manual, workbooks and CD will be provided for the participants.
- By the end of the course participants will be certified with certifications approved by (Kurdistan Regional Government – Engineers Union – and View Group Institute).
- Course contains both theoretical and practical parts, with some exercises.
- Leica total station will be used.
- Participants must have their own computers.
- Course will be presented in Kurdish the language.
Course content:
- Program installation
- Using Total station program and surveying
- Transforming data to Civil 3D program
- contour lines ( topography)
- Cut and fill for building and playground’s foundations
- Profile and cross-section.
- Transforming data from computer to total station program and staking out.
