How to be a successful trainer? TOT

    This course is suitable for professionals who are responsible for human development within their workplaces both in public and private sectors. Teachers from all levels could also benefit from this program.

    Course objectives:

    • Introducing and training the participants on planning, applying and diagnosing training courses in several working fields.

    Course manner:

    • Course duration is 40 hours spread across 9 days.
    • Course contains both theoretical and practical parts, with some exercises.
    • Required manual and workbooks will be provided for the participants.
    • By the end of the course participants will be certified with certifications approved by (Kurdistan Regional Government – Engineers Union – and View Group Institute).
    •  The course is presented in the (Kurdish) language, it can also be presented in (Arabic or/and English) if required by the participants.

    • Introducing new methods in training, and differentiating between training and lecturing.
    • Evaluating and selecting training requirements.
    • Importance of training for people and apparatuses.
    • Main components of training courses.
    • Methods and objectives of training.
    • Training methods.
    • Basic training specialty and competency.
    • Characteristics of a successful trainer.
    • Training evaluation and maintenance.
